DJG confirmed in a successful quality management

The ISO-certified DJG - Dr. Jung Group GmbH has been confirmed for the third time in its high service quality. Especially the continuous improvement and sustainable orientation are crucial for the repeated award for quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Especially the customers of one of the leading health care professionals benefit from this. The service protfolio of DJG includes a variety of services, e.g. Multi-Channel Marketing as well as Closed Loop Marketing and is successfully offered by nine core processes.

Dr. Anastasia Steiner-Kogrina, Michael Wehnelt, Marion Ahrendt, Pia Weber, Michael Verhoeven (DJG - Dr. Jung Group GmbH) and Peter Mundt (TÜV Nord Cert GmbH).

On October the 4th DJG and the associated company Effipharm GmbH were re-certified by TUV Nord Cert GmbH in the course of the re-audit. Auditor Peter Mundt, confirmed the successful implementation of the standard requirements according to ISO 9001:2008.

 These include "customer orientation" and "continuous improvement". Therefore, Dr. Dieter Jung, CEO and founder of DJG, is especially delighted about this confirmation: "Our customers benefit from our extremely high quality standard. This guarantees high quality services as well as continuous improvement and development through innovative new approaches."

Equally, quality management helps the employees who orient themselves by transparent processes. Each process level was examined (management-, core- and supporting-processes). For the DJG it is important that every employee considers him- or herself as an indispensable component of the system.

Accordingly, Auditor Peter Mundt was pleased, that quality management is actively practiced in the DJG.  He was impressed by the focus on "sustainability, ethics and values." This area is firmly integrated into the quality management of DJG.

Approvingly, he also pointed out the professional competence: The high density of internal and external training develops the academic and social skills of all employees in a sustainable manner.

Other important components of quality management include the wholesale license for the DJG - Dr. Jung Group GmbH by the government body of Upper Bavaria and the examination of DJG’s data protection by the government authority Middle Franconia and the TÜV South Germany.
