Tested quality through certifications and audits.

The TÜV NORD CERT GmbH audited the DJG according to the guideline DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 in following areas: marketing- and communication consulting, market research, targeting, sales promotion, CRM-system PISA 3000^®, direct- and telemarketing, pharmaceutical product handling, public relations & eventmanagement as well as email-marketing. Insofar the agency's hihg performance is approved.

All working processes at DJG, which are relevant for customers, are supported by the CRM system PISA 3000^®. This system is validated on the basis of ANNEX 11 (EU-GMP manual: “Additional guideline for computer- based systems”).

The issuance of the wholesale trade authorisation since 2005 by the Government of Upper Bavaria, demonstrates a key component in quality management for the DJG. We thus hold the responsibility for storage, logistics and dispatch during the handling of pharmaceuticals.
