The unit is arised from the company Mefos which was founded in 1989. The business unit is in permanent contact with more than 10,000 physicians, e.g. for the yearly study Pharma Trend. Due to our IT solutions supporting field work and our effective instruments to collect and process data, we are capable of conducting and analyzing market research studies in very short time.
In business analytics, the focuses are performance measurement and optimazation of marketing and sales activities. Our solutions connect pharma knowledge, analytical methods and innovative technologies. By means of data from the own datawarehouse the unit has been applying multivariate analysis methods for the selection of target groups for example. Recently the quantitative selection scheme was amended with a qualitative scheme, resulting in 4D-Targeting® with motivation research and analysis of networking structures. Moreover, own concepts for the analysis of advertising effectiveness (Little Germany®) are used in the context of the optimization of marketing- and sales activities.
