Closed Loop Marketing with integrated marketing- and sales solutions

For Closed Loop Marketing we combine approved services in dialogue marketing within Multi Channel Marketing with innovative sales force solutions.

We connect four components of success: The adequate target group is identified by the innovative 4D-Targeting® or by multivariate profiling techniques. A professional sales force is provided by our cooperation partner Quintiles and managed by the sales force management system PISA3000®. It is also checked whether additional promotional activities can be integrated by using instruments from the field of neuromarketing.

Direct- and telemarketing and Sampack® are additionally used.

The communicative content of the used marketing tools is controlled in Closed Loop Marketing via database PISA3000® based on target group-characteristics that have arisen mainly in the communication with the target group. We check our procedures in Closed Loop Marketing continously with elements of business analytics.
