PISA3000® is created as a multilingual, multilineable and multirelational CRM solution. As basic system for marketing and sales, it allows to handle the campaign management within multi channel marketing. As a web-based system, PISA3000® navigates the sales force, the interviewers in the field or the call centre agents and furthermore offers the possibility to flexibly and speedily carry out all client management and fulfillment processes. Besides the accounting of pharmaceutical samples and logistics management for AMG-based sample handling, some other tools belong to the standard applications of PISA3000® like response handling or management of adverse drug reactions. Those are the basis for monitoring, performance measurement and target tracking. That guarantees access to updated data on every level and secures the controlling over every level.
