Advertising success in multi channel marketing

Multi channel marketing is one of our core competences and connects different communication channels. An important condition for the insertion of the correct channels is the exact identification of your target group, in the fields of doctors e.g. with a multi variate target group selection or the channel-analysis to get the information about the target group's communication behaviour and its preferred channels. So the different channels such as call, mail, email and fax can be appropriate to the target group's preferences and can be e.g. combined with direct sample placing with Sampack®.

With the PharmaBarometer-Newsletter we reach doctors and pharmacists online and offer them information, service and sampling within our campaigns.

Corporate services in tele- and direct marketing are performed with high-output and with integration of our medical call center. One example for its effectiveness is the support of vacant areas through call-mail-call-activities with direct doctors’ samples. The AMG-compliant trained agencies care for a regular client base of doctors, with the contact always remaining the same person.
